Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we happily accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing on full-priced, new season items within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item:

  • Is in original condition

  • Has not been worn or washed

  • Has all original tags attached


Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted on items purchased during a sale or promotional period (excluding the sign-up promotion).

  • Refunds or store credits will be issued once your return has been reviewed and processed.


Received a Faulty Item?

We take great care to ensure all products meet our high standards. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.


How to Lodge a Return

  2.  Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached.

3. Post your return to the address below:
